friction to FREEDOM
The eight week program that combines hypnotherapy and mindfulness to break your self-sabotaging patterns
So here's the deal,
You feel like you’re spinning your wheels, not really getting anywhere. It’s like one step forward, two steps back. You’re serious about reaching your goal and yet progress feels hard and exhausting.

And SLOW. Painfully slow.

You make a little progress, then BAM! Right out of nowhere your feet get kicked out from under you –by YOU.

You miss a deadline.

You start skipping the gym.

You slack off.

You get stuck in your head.

You start to worry and go through every worst case scenario.

And before you know it, you feel like you’re going backwards again.

This is the dreadful cycle of
SELF-SABOTAGE.
It can be a tricky little bugger to pin down because it can manifest in so many ways:
OVERTHINKING
OVERCOMPLICATING
OVERWHELMED
PERFECTIONISM
PROCRASTINATION
WORRY AND DOUBT
FEAR STARTS CREEPING IN
STRAIGHT UP COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOUR
Any of these sound familiar?

Yeah, for me too.
And that’s why I decided to squash my self-sabotaging patterns and help women like you to do the same.

The thing is, self-sabotage is a habit
and habits can be changed.
But first you need to understand them, and that’s a crucial step in the process of breaking this cycle for good.

Trying to change a habit like self-sabotage without understanding the underlying causes is futile.
That's why we go deeper than simply changing your behaviour. We dive into your subconscious to identify the root cause of the negative behaviour, and we resolve it on a deep, subconscious level.

Once the inner work is done, the “habit” of self-sabotage can be reprogrammed much more effectively.
The key to this program is getting to the subconscious mind. And we do this with hypnosis.

Over the next eight weeks we will cover:

How the course works
There are several components to the program, but the bulk of the transformation will come from your own self-reflection paired with the deep subconscious reprogramming of hypnosis.
