About the Event
This event will include a short, yet powerful pranayama breathwork sequence to reset your energy and release stagnation, followed by a transformational hypnosis focused on self reflection and reconnection.
This event takes place outdoors rain or shine. There is a bug tent for protection from rain. Bring a yoga mat and pillow(s) for your comfort. Layered, loose fitting clothing is recommended.
