Ah, the life of an entrepreneur… It’s so rewarding, freeing, and liberating. Yup, it’s sunny skies when you’re the boss.
Of course, you’ll always have to watch out for the occasional dark cloud of doubt, the winds of worry, and the scattered self-criticism showers.
If you’re an entrepreneur you know that it’s not always rainbows and butterflies. In fact, when it comes to running the show, we tend to work a hell of a lot harder and longer, and get knee deep in issues we’d rather not deal with. But at the end of the day, we’re doing what we love and we don’t report to anyone. Can you spell f-r-e-e-d-o-m!?
Since I’m all about helping you chase your dreams and crush yo’ goals, I thought you could gain from a few crystal suggestions to keep your spirits (and bank account) high.
I’ve rounded up the four crystals that I personally have in my office, and keep on hand at all times. They’ll help keep you afloat in difficult times as you ride the roller coaster of female entrepreneur-hood.

1. Lepidolite
Lepidolite is an excellent stone for the entrepreneur. It’s known as the “stone of transition”, assisting in the release and reorganization of old behavior and unhelpful patterns. It also dissipates negative energy, clears blockages, aids in keeping you focused on what’s important and helps you look forward into the future –a great skill for the business woman.
This beautiful lilac stone also encourages independence, self-love, and trust. 2. Cinnabar
Cinnabar is one of my newest crystal favorites and I always keep my beautiful cinnabar sphere in my office to keep me charged up.

I recently discovered this stone, and my first thought was where have you been all my life?! You’ll probably feel the same way too.
Red Aventurine boosts physical energy levels, helping you get through those early morning hustle sessions. It also encourages optimism (say what?! I know, it’s incredible), inspires dedication to tasks, and helps us make appropriate choices for our life path.
Not to mention, it heightens self-confidence and keeps the ego in check.

4. Rose Quartz
You may not be surprised to see Rose Quartz on the list, and that’s because this crystal should be in every girl’s collection. It’s the essence of self-love.
Just look at the beautiful blush coloring, it radiates acceptance and love.
Rose Quartz is typically thought of as a romantic stone, but its resume is actually much larger. Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love. That means love for all things, love for oneself, and love and compassion toward others. It can help you recognize your own need for forgiveness and understanding, and will wash out toxic energies and emotions you have trapped inside.
