"Weight Management" is really just
All the exercise and calorie counting in the world won’t keep the weight off if you haven’t released the emotional ties.
The thing is our mind is not in our brain. It’s in every cell of our body. And if you have an emotional connection to your weight –as most people do, whether you are consciously aware or not– then the mind that is within every cell of your body says keep the weight on!
Emotional connection is the reason those habits like snacking, overeating, and binging are so hard to break.
And spending all your energy resisting temptation is futile. Sooner or later you won’t resist! And that’s because you really are on a hamster wheel, a continuous loop inside your mind.
You’re on a mental and emotional loop that keeps you stuck in unhealthy patterns and keeps you holding onto that excess weight.
And that’s why this program is not another “weight loss program”, because our goal is not to simply lose weight.
Our goal is to release the emotional ties you have to your weight, and create a healthy relationship with food and your body, so that the weight can come off, and stay off.

This Ten Session Program is set up with two distinct parts.
The first part of the program is to address the mental and emotional connection to the excess weight and to food. In this part, we identify the role food plays in your life, aside from fueling your body. Then we discover the root cause of the emotional connection and release it at a deep, subconscious level.
The second part is all about creating a new, healthier relationship to food, mending our relationship with our body, and shifting the habits that contribute to the excess weight.
This program is altered slightly to perfectly fit your needs, as everybody has unique challenges and emotional connections.
